The Nevolution Team
The Nevolution team formed in 2009 when four USC Viterbi School of Engineering grads (Jason, Joe, Steve, and Thomas) teamed up with Matthew Smith, a Los Angeles based entrepreneur. With over twenty-five years of combined development experience and business acumen, the newly formed team set out to do something “awesome” in the software industry.
Proven entrepreneur with an established track record. Founded, owned, and managed a million-dollar automotive business by age twenty-one. Dean’s List graduate from The College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University.
He has an obnoxiously awesome penchant for bow-ties.
Jason Adams
Co-founder & CTO
Jason holds a Master’s of Science degree in Computer Science, Multimedia and Creative Technologies from USC, and a B.S. Computer Engineering and Computer Science from USC.
Thomas Hanson
Co-founder & VP of Web Development
A former IT Manager for the USC IT department and holds a B.S. Computer Engineering and Computer Science from USC. Thomas is also a registered Apple iOS and OSX developer.
Steven Cao
Co-founder & VP of Database Engineering
Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman. Steven also hold a B.S. Computer Engineering and Computer Science from USC. We’d tell you more about Steve, but we don’t want anyone to get hurt.
Tyson Gebers
Business Development Manager
Well versed in Midwestern niceties and dropping the “g” off the end of words, he arrived at Nevolution HQ with a head full of dreams and his arms full of corn. The offering was well received, and Tyson has been a valuable addition to the team ever since.
Bronz Grisom
Licensing Manager
Born and raised in Los Angeles California, this So Cal native studied the art of communication at Cal State Northridge. After a four year stint in Miami, he joined the Nevolution team, bringing a much needed sense of style to the mix.
Heather Dowers
Account Executive
Heather graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. She has spent the last 5 years working as an Assistant Account Executive at advertising agencies in both Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Heather brings her strong organization and management skills to Nevolution to help manage and maintain content and client relations.
